2. What seasons do you offer, and what are your rates?

We handle 2 seasons:

  • High season: From December 15th to January 6th, Holy Week, Easter week, from July 15th to August 15th and long weekends.

  • Low season: The rest of the year.

  • Special prices per week, fortnight or month.

Exact prices are shown when you select your dates on the calendar.

3. Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we ask that you review the applicable cancellation policies agreed upon at the time of booking. Contact us so we can help you review the requirements for the essential pre-check-in process, as well as the terms, before confirming your payment.

4. Is daily cleaning included?

It is not included, but you can request this service, for an additional cost, during your stay.

5. Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed by condominium regulations.

6. Is parking available?

Yes, there are parking spaces available inside the condominium.

7. Are amenities included, or are there extra charges?

Most basic amenities, such as the pool and beach access, are included. However, others, such as use of the gym, spa, and restaurant/bar, have an additional cost.

8. Do I need to make reservations to use the amenities?

Some amenities do require advance reservations, such as the movie theater, sports courts, or use of the gym. You must make this reservation at the front desk.

9. Are there options for families with children?

Yes, we're family-friendly! We have a playroom, playground, pools, and spacious areas perfect for children. Remember, everyone must be supervised by a responsible adult.

10. What documents or requirements do I need upon arrival?

You only need to present your INE (National Institute of Statistics) or other official identification, and the QR code entry form that will be sent to you upon payment.

11. Are cash payments accepted?

Once all the information and availability have been confirmed, we will proceed with the payment process by electronic transfer.
